In 2014, I was studying fine arts at Dhaka University. Some of my seniors used to work on advertisement and marketing and my interest in this section has grown from here. So, I started my journey as an intern in a renowned marketing agency. I had worked at some more marketing agencies to gather experiences, but I had realized that I needed to do something on my own. So, my very own journey has begun - I used to do the works in Ramna park, and at night, I sorted out the designs. Nadia Furniture is one of my significant clients from that time and during that time they had just started with two showrooms. Digital marketing was not that distinguished when I had started. Nadia Furniture is one of the leading companies at this moment; as a freelancer, I managed to work for them with full confidence, so I have prepared myself for working more to give my full effort. Few steps I had taken with more companies by follow a lineup routine to give my support to my clients. After encountering fruitful success, around the end of 2019 I started my first office with a team of four In Banani and that is how Mustache has made. Just 3 to 4 clients, a small office in the rooftop with few people and great responsibilities. Slowly we were rising but as every startup story, we have seen ups and downs too - the hardest one was the pandemic period when the situation was so hard but it amazed me when I saw my colleagues were working hard to meet the client's expectations and they did not give up on their duty. I am really proud to have a team, which is strong enough to work for the sake of the betterment of Mustache. It's 2021 now, and there are 20 employees in my team, they are working with strategy and excelling at creatives for managing renowned companies. As a founder, I have more responsibilities which I try to deal diligently and with honesty, I hope to see my company emerge as one of the best.
